Returns and Replacements
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any of our products during the first thirty (30) days following purchase, simply contact us at hello@bandberra.com for a return authorization before shipping any returns. In your email, please include:
1) Your Name and Order Number
2) Specify either 'Refund' or 'Exchange'
3) Name or description of the product that you are dissatisfied with
4) If exchanging, specify product you would like to receive

Refunds for items returned within thirty (30) days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Due to new policy by payment processors ie. Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, etc. a 10% restocking fee will be assessed to all canceled orders and orders returned for refunds to cover associated fees and miscellaneous costs. Any returns that are returned late or in not in new and unused condition will be subject to even higher restocking fees assessed on a per case basis.
All returned items must be in "new & unused" condition, sent back with it's original packaging. Any items that have been mounted on a watch are considered used. We cannot accept straps that are creased or have marks on them caused by buckles etc. rendering them unable to be sold as new. We are not responsible for any straps that have been scratched by rubbing against the case of your watch. Please determine prior to mounting your strap that the lugs of your watch are long enough so the strap will not scratch against your case. We cannot be responsible for any stitching that comes undone or embellishment that comes off once the strap has been worn. Any items returned in used condition will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any discounted form of shipping, i.e. "Free Shipping", will be deducted from refund. Items that are returned for exchange will incur regular shipping charges and are not subject to further shipping discounts.
- All "sale" items are final sale, no returns, no exchanges.
-All Metal Bracelets must be in the original plastic wrapping that they were shipped in. Any opened bracelets will be considered used and non-returnable.
- All buckle and clasp sales are final sale, no returns.
- All Apple adapter sales are final sales, no returns. This includes adapters purchased with straps.
